Districts and families, equally. Districts run multi-school deployments with SSO/SAML, district-wide analytics, custom AI training, and dedicated support. Families run a parent account with up to 5 kids — wherever those kids go to school. Same engine, same AI, same outcomes; the difference is capacity, controls, and integrations.

What’s the difference between a district plan and a single tool?

District and family plans (this page) are seat-based subscriptions: one account covers every learner, teacher, and parent under it, plus admin dashboards, analytics, and integrations. Single tools (over at /products) are per-tool purchases — pick one tool like the Exam Study Helper or Practice Generator for the subject you’re actually studying, pay once or subscribe to just that tool, and you’re done. There are no seats to manage and no district account required. Pick a district/family plan when more than one person needs ongoing access; pick a single tool when you’re studying solo for a specific exam or subject.

How much is the Family plan?

The Family plan is $9/month (or $7/month billed yearly — saving 22%) for up to 5 children in one parent account. It includes 50 AI Tutor sessions/month, 3 quiz generations/month, adaptive material rewrites, the parent dashboard, weekly check-ins, and Family Teaching Mode. What happens when I hit a limit?

You will see a friendly notification and can either upgrade or wait for your monthly limit to reset. We never cut off access to existing work — students can always view their past assignments, grades, and progress.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade instantly and we will prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and purchase orders (PO) for Enterprise customers. Districts can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

All plans include FERPA and COPPA compliance with encrypted data at rest and in transit. Premium and Enterprise plans add SOC 2 Type II certification and data residency options.

Can I customize AI usage limits?
